The necessary documents for transit permit:

• 1. The name and quantity of the goods (marked UN number and ADR class)
• 2. Sender's name and address
• 3. Receiver's name, address
• 4. Carrying's name, address
• 5. Type of carrying: by rail or by public road (ADR or RID)
• 6. Name of the town at border (in and out) (for example Rajka-Nagylak)
• 7. Generally itinerary marked the number of the route (for example Rajka (M15) - Mosonmagyaróvár (M1) - Budapest (M0-M5) - Szeged (43) - Nagylak)
• 8. Time intervalls of the transport (we can give you the permission maximum for 3 months from the marked started date considerated the valid permission of the receiving state)
• 9. Declaration of the final country/firm about the order
• 10. Permission of the final country about the permission of the transport (you can find EU-form in this law: 2004/388/EC). For example you would like to transport from Poland to Romania you have to obtain and send me the permission of Romanian authority. So you have to obtain the permission of the final state and the state behind Hungary previously you apply for the permission.
